We’ve done Fantasy Football, where we sent the winner to the Superbowl, and the World Cup bracket challenge, where we sent the winner $5,000. We’re not stopping there. The Pandas are running a March Madness bracket challenge where ONLY Kanpai Pandas can participate, with a prize pool of $25,000 (sponsored by Gamdom) and 5 Pandas. Here’s how it’ll work:
We’ll be using ESPN’s Traditional Bracket Style, where the objective is to accumulate the most points by the end of the tournament. Therefore, it’s everyone vs. everyone. If you hold a panda (or 100), you can only enter once (one bracket per person). Again, ONLY pandas can join and can only join once, do not try to cheat — you will be caught out eventually when we verify winners.
To Join:
- Head over to the holders announcement channel in our Discord to join the KP league and to create your bracket (ESPN account required, free)
- When creating your bracket, the name of your bracket should match your Discord username, followed by the platform you’d like to be contacted on. As an example: Qnalytics Discord. If we can’t verify that you hold a panda, you will NOT be paid even if you place.
- Each round results will be posted in our Discord
- Brackets will be due by the first game tip-off on March 16, 2023. Until then you can change your selections as many times as you’d like.
Prize Structure:
1st — $12,500 1 Panda
2nd — $5,000, 1 Panda
3rd — $4,000, 1 Panda
4th — $3,000, 1 Panda
5th — $500, 1 Panda
To be eligible to claim your prize, you need an account on Gamdom, which will be funded with the prize amount after you win.
